Jess Maloney epitomizes integrity, energy,  hard work, and skill-based knowledge in every detail of construction. Jess believes that his role is not just about the nuts and bolts  but rather working with the fundamental expertise needed to complete projects and communicate clearly.

 

Jess has worked for the last 23 years in the high-end residential housing market in Lake Oswego, Oregon providing clients with quality workmanship.  Since he started at the “bottom”, he gained proficiency in public relations, hands on mastery in all areas of home construction, keeping projects within budget and on time, as well as overseeing subcontractors.

I am a local contractor who has been building and remodeling homes for over 25 years in the Lake Oswego area.  My business has been built on word of mouth and referrals.  My goal is to work as a partner, with you, to realize your dream home.  

 

My family and friends give me a hard time about my "perfectionism", but I feel that attention to detail and my customer service sets me apart from other contractors. I have clients that I have worked with for over 15 years (thankfully not just one project, but new ones) and hope my new clients are still with me years from now.
